If you want to extra earnings, here is one suggestion that you can easily made at home- Pinipig polvoron.
|Sifter flour, toasted pinipig, milk powder, sugar|
3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup toasted pinipig, ground
Here’s how to do it:
In a large skillet, melt the butter (just add about 2 tbsps of cooking oil to prevent from being burnt). Add the remaining ingredients and continue stirring until the mixture turned brownish. Cool.
Mold the mixture using polvoron molder then wrap in “Japanese” paper.
You can also make chocovron by coating the prepared polvoron with melted chocolate before wrapping. I will try to make this one and share it soon.
