|Chicken nuggets or Chicken loaf?|
Thinking of ways to cook chicken that your kids will surely love? Here’s one. I don’t know what to call this, chicken nuggets or chicken loaf since it looks like both.
You will need:
½ kilo chicken breast, bones removed
1 medium sized carrot, shredded
1 cup all-purpose flour
1-2 tbsp baking powder
2 pieces eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
Here’s how to do it:
Using blender or food processor, ground chicken breast until fine
Add the other ingredient and mix thoroughly.
Put the mixture in a greased aluminum or stainless pan and steam for about 15 minutes.
Let it cool and cut into cubes. You can also make different shapes to attract kids.
Dip in beaten egg then roll over fine breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with catsup or sweet-chili sauce.
If you are not going to cook immediately, place in a container and store in the freezer.
