Pinaputok na Bangus (Stuffed Milkfish)

This is one of my favorite dishes and is perfect for summer especially in picnics or outings.

You will need:
1 medium-sized Bangus, turn into boneless
2-3 pieces tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup chopped onion
2 tbsps. chopped ginger
Salt to taste

Here’s how to do it:
Rub the bangus with salt (inside and outside part). Stuff the bangus with the mixture of onion, tomatoes and ginger. Wrap in aluminum foil and grill until cooked.
Deboned Bangus with stuffings before wrapping in foil

Serve with with soysauce-calamansi dip.
