You read it right! Upo with gata.
You will need:
1 medium size upo or gourd, chopped1 bundle pechay, chopped
2 cups coconut milk
Thumb-sized ginger, minced
½ cup dried dilis
Here’s how to do it:
Saute onion, garlic and ginger. Add upo and about ¼ cup of water. Simmer until upo is about half-cooked. Add coconut milk and pechay and dried dilis. Simmer for another minute or until veggies were cooked. Serve topped with Boneless GG .
